About the Event
Sake Festival 2026
Join us on Friday, October 9, 2026 for the inaugural Ju-Raku Sake Festival — an evening of sake, Japanese bites, culture, and discovery at Bayview Village.
We’re bringing together an exciting lineup of sake vendors, including Kado, Nippon, Axis Planning & Ozawa, with 50+ sake bottles to taste and discover throughout the evening. Explore everything from approachable favourites to premium and limited selections while meeting industry professionals and learning about different breweries, regions, styles, and brewing traditions.
This isn’t a traditional seated dinner. The festival is designed as a lively walk-around tasting experience, giving you the freedom to visit participating vendors, discover new labels, speak directly with sake experts, and taste at your own pace.
Taste it. Love it. Take it home. 🍶 Discover lots of sakes you won’t typically find at the LCBO, with many limited selections available for purchase at the festival.
And there’s more than sake. Japanese bites will be served throughout the event, with food stations featuring items such as charcoal-grilled skewers, fresh oysters, sushi, chicken karaage and other small bites to enjoy alongside your tastings.
Whether you’re a long time sake enthusiast or tasting your way into the world of sake for the first time, Ju-Raku Sake Festival 2026 is all about making sake approachable, social, and fun.

🍣 Festival Omakase (Optional Add-On) — Elevate your evening with an exclusive 45-minute omakase experience for +$60 per guest, featuring Chef’s appetizer, 8 pieces of chef-selected nigiri and a bluefin tuna hand roll.
The Festival Omakase is offered in two rounds during each Festival session:
5:30–7:30 PM Festival Session: Omakase seating at
5:30 PM or6:30 PM 2 SPOTS LEFT.8:00–10:00 PM Festival Session:
Omakase seating at 8:00 PM or 9:00 PMFULLY BOOKED.
Your Omakase seating time will be assigned based on availability within your selected Festival session. A confirmation email with your assigned Omakase seating time will be sent within 48 hours of booking.
