• Valid at Ju-Raku Bayview Village location only.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable, have no cash value, and no change

  given except as required by law.

• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

• May be used toward food, beverages, and taxes; cannot be applied to

  gratuities.
• Must be used in a single visit; no remaining balance will be carried

  forward.

• Gift certificates do not expire, unless otherwise noted by law.
